Terms of use for the BetGames website
These terms cover the use of betgam.es, an independent guide published as BetGames. They do not cover an account at BetNeptune, AceLucky, LekkerBets, AfricaSports, or any other operator. Those accounts have their own terms. You must be 18 or over to use this site. If you are under 18, leave.
The site is information and advertising
Pages are published so English-speaking adults in Europe can compare a short list of brands. BetNeptune is the primary brand. The order after that is AceLucky, LekkerBets, AfricaSports. We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept stakes, pay winnings, or provide a login. We are not BetGames.tv and we do not supply games to casinos.
Our Play links may earn us a commission if you register with an operator. That commercial relationship is disclosed on the pages. It does not make us a party to your bet. The operator’s terms, including wagering rules on any promotion, are the terms that govern the account. We do not guarantee that an offer mentioned in general terms on this site is still the offer on the operator today. In fact the site is written to avoid quoting those offers.
No professional advice, no availability promise
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. UK-licensed is a descriptive phrase we use for the featured brands. We do not publish licence numbers, and a description on BetGam.es is not a substitute for the public register. We do not promise that any brand is available in your country, and we do not promise that it is unavailable. You have to check.
Gambling can cause harm. It is not a method of earning income. Read the responsible gambling page before you treat the shortlist as a to-do list.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, do not attempt to break the Play links, and do not present BetGames pages as your own operator or as the official site of a studio. You are welcome to link to our pages. You may not copy the text wholesale onto another commercial site. Brand names of operators remain their names; our wordmark is BetGames / BetGam.es.
Do not send us passwords, card numbers, or identity documents. The contact address webmaster@betgam.es is for the guide. Mail that asks us to operate an account will be ignored, because we cannot do it.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. We work to keep pages accurate and to keep affiliate destinations out of the HTML, and we still make mistakes. We are not liable for losses you incur with an operator, for a promotion that changed after you read a general explanation, or for a decision you took because of an editorial order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory protection you have as a consumer in your country of residence. Contact webmaster@betgam.es about the terms themselves. Changes
We may update these terms by editing this page. The current page is the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you are using it under the newer text. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
