Responsible gambling support for Europe and the UK

Gambling on BetNeptune or any other brand is entertainment with a price, not a plan for income. You must be 18 or over. If it has stopped being entertainment, stop playing and use the organisations below. BetGames is a publisher. We may earn a commission if you sign up through our links, which is a reason to treat our shortlist as advertising as well as information.

Practical steps that do not need a new deposit

  • Set a deposit limit, a loss limit, and a time limit before the session. On a UK-licensed site those tools should live in the account menu. Use them on the operator, because this website cannot set them for you.
  • Do not chase. The previous spin or the previous match does not owe you a correction.
  • Keep gambling money separate from rent, food, and bills. If the only way to deposit is money that was for something else, do not deposit.
  • Do not play when you are using the session to change how you feel. Alcohol makes that judgement worse.
  • Take the reality check seriously when it appears. It is not an interruption of a strategy. There isn’t a strategy that turns the house edge into wages.
  • Use a time-out or self-exclusion if a limit is not enough. GamStop covers participating UK-licensed operators in one registration, which is wider than excluding from a single brand.

None of this is medical advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services. The helplines below are for gambling harm specifically.

What BetGames will not say

We will not describe a bonus as safe or costless. We will not describe a strategy as a way to lock in profit. We will not say BetNeptune, AceLucky, LekkerBets, or AfricaSports is a way to make rent. UK-licensed is a description of regulatory status, not a statement that harm cannot happen there. Licence numbers are still left on the operator. Availability in any extra country is still not something we assert.

If you want the comparison pages after you have limits in place, the home page starts with BetNeptune. If you want them not to be the next click, that is a successful use of this page. Corrections about a broken help link can go to webmaster@betgam.es.

Questions about safer gambling

Does a UK licence mean I cannot lose money on these brands?

No. A licence sets rules. It does not remove the chance of losing money or the chance of harm. Only play with money you can lose, and only if you are 18 or over.

Can BetGames exclude me from BetNeptune?

No. Self-exclusion is done on the operator and, for participating UK-licensed sites, through GamStop. We do not hold an account to close.

I am outside the UK. Which link should I use?

Gambling Therapy is aimed at an international audience. Your own country may also run a national helpline that this page has not listed. Local health services are the right escalation if you are at risk.

Do affiliate links and safer-gambling advice conflict?

They can. We say so in the disclosure. If you are trying to stop, do not use the brand links in the footer. Use GamStop or a local equivalent instead.
