Privacy notice for BetGam.es
BetGames publishes an independent guide. We do not run player accounts, so we do not hold casino balances, identity documents, or operator passwords. This notice explains what the website itself can still see: technical logs, affiliate clicks, and email you choose to send to webmaster@betgam.es.
Who we are
The site is BetGames at https://betgam.es. The contact for privacy requests is webmaster@betgam.es. We do not publish a personal name for that inbox. If you email us, you are writing to the publisher of the guide, not to BetNeptune, AceLucky, LekkerBets, AfricaSports, or BetGames.tv.
Visits and logs
The site is served through Cloudflare. A normal visit can produce technical logs: IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp. Those logs are used to keep the site available and to diagnose abuse. We do not ask you to create a profile, and we do not run a comment section.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google when a page renders. If you block third-party requests, the site falls back to other fonts you already have.
Affiliate clicks
Our Play and Visit buttons take you to an operator’s site. When you use one, the operator — and the affiliate network that sits between us and the operator — may set cookies and may record that the visit came from BetGames. That is how a commission is attributed if you later open an account. We may earn that commission. The operator’s own privacy notice, not this one, covers the account you create there.
Nothing is sent to an operator unless you click. You can choose not to use the links. The reviews can still be read.
If you write to webmaster@betgam.es, we use the message to answer you or to correct a page. Keep identity documents and payment details out of that email. We do not need them, and we cannot act on an operator account with them. Retain copies of anything you might need later; we do not promise an archive.
Cookies
The guide itself is a static site and does not set a marketing cookie for a BetGames account, because there is no account. Cloudflare may use cookies that are strictly about security or load. Operators you visit afterwards set their own. Browser controls are the way to block cookies you do not want. Blocking them may stop an operator site from working. It should not stop you reading betgam.es.
Legal bases and your requests
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to keep a small site online and secure, and on the fact that you emailed us if you want a reply. You can ask for a copy of the email correspondence we still hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the same address. We do not sell personal information.
You can complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office. Readers elsewhere in Europe can use their national authority. This notice is a description of the site, not a contract that changes the terms of use.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something new — a form, an account, an analytics suite — this page will change first. Until it does, the collection described above is the collection we intend.
